We are excited to announce that most orders are shipping in 3-5 business days. Standard transit time applies once your order is shipped from Kentucky. CamCoat Inc. cannot guarantee processing and/or transit times. Time frames are subject to change due to COVID absences and weather.

Faster shipping options are now available. Orders placed before 12pm EST, and chosen shipping method as FedEx (excluding ground), will ship same day (excluding weekends, and dependent on stock availability). All other orders will ship in our normal fulfillment window and will be shipped the selected service method. Per FedEx, 2day delivers in 2 business days and Standard Overnight delivers next business day. FedEx Home typically takes 1-5 days and USPS Priority delivers in 1-3 business days. Per UPS, 2nd Day Air transit time is within 2 business days, Next Day Air Saver is expedited shipping with next-day delivery and UPS Ground typically delivers within 1-5 business days. For more details on expedited transit times, please refer to the carriers website. Please note, CamCoat Inc. cannot guarantee delivery by a certain day. This is in the carrier's hands. No refunds can be given for late deliveries if we ship within our specified window.

TRANSIT TIME & SHIPPING METHOD

Standard Shipping:

Standard transit time from Kentucky to your ship to address is typically 2-10 days; however, please be aware that there is added volume due to the pandemic and all freight companies may experience delays. CamCoat Inc. cannot guarantee transit time.

WE SHIP VIA FEDEX, FEDEX SMART POST AND USPS. IF YOUR ADDRESS DOES NOT ACCEPT MAIL DELIVERY, PLEASE PROVIDE BOTH A PHYSICAL AND A PO BOX ADDRESS.

International (outside of the USA): At this time we are offering international shipping to Canada and Australia. International Economy shipping fees & taxes charged on your order are landed costs. There will be no additional fees, duties or taxes due upon delivery. This is an all inclusive price. The costs shown are in USD, but if you need a currency conversion calculator, you can find oneHERE. We are working hard to expand for our international friends.

Expedited Shipping:

Orders placed before 12pm EST with the chosen shipping method as FedEx (excluding ground), will ship the same day (excluding weekends and dependent on stock availability). No refunds can be given for late deliveries if we ship within our specified window.

Optional Shipping Insurance is available to cover packages lost or stolen while in transit. A police report may be required for packages that show a delivery scan with correct GPS coordinates but are not are the delivery location. CamCoat Inc. reserves the right to refund/credit or replace these shipments.

RETURNS/CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations/Changes are allowed until your order is pulled for pick. You will not see a status change on your end until the order ships. Once your order is in pick, it is in our automated system so we're unable to make changes or cancellations/changes. We're happy to accommodate either where possible.

Returns are not accepted to ensure the quality of the product. All sales are final.

ORDER DISCREPANCIES

Claims for damaged, defective, lost or missing items must be reported within 2 days of receipt to orders@camcoatinc.com. Damaged items require a picture of the damaged item & box to be emailed. We reserve the right to replace, repair or credit any damaged product. In the event that a shipment is returned due to an improper shipping address being provided or the address is undeliverable for any reason, you will incur an additional shipping charge so please double check your ship to address for accuracy.

COLOR ACCURACY ON MONITORS

We do our best to show colors as accurately as possible on the latest iphone devices. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor is showing you an accurate color as all monitors have a different setting and output method for color. If a specific color is desired, or to confirm what undertones your lighting may bring out, we highly recommend you purchase our Color Selector Card and/or an 8oz sample to test the color in your specific lighting. Lighting impacts ALL paints.

 

LIABILITY

Lakestone Enterprises, LLC d/b/a CamCoat Inc. cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience and/or loss of business profits because of delivery delays. As this is a hand applied product in an uncontrolled environment, results are not guaranteed and CamCoat Inc. will not be responsible for any labor, value of items painted/repaired, or devaluing of items painted/repaired, nor damage from spills/leaks/repairs. Proceed at your own risk.

When painting a shower/tub/countertops/floorings and sealing with our water-resistant sealer, you must not have things that could trap water on the painted surface (i.e. soap dishes, bottles, etc.). The water-resistant sealer can only withstand water for several hours. You will need to take care and make sure your shower/tub is draining properly and that the room is well ventilated to dry any remaining water. Caulking should be removed prior to painting and re-applied after the final coat of dried sealer. Proper caulking is required for a long-lasting finish.

The CamCoat Inc. mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Lakestone Enterprises, INC (“ CamCoat Inc.”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Lakestone Enterprises, INC d/b/a CamCoat Inc. SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Lakestone Enterprises, INC d/b/a CamCoat Inc. through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Information relating to Customer Orders and will be stored for a minimum of 7 years in hard copy, in order to comply with anti-money laundering and accounting regulations. Digital Sales and order information will be stored indefinitely within the Sites Framework.
